Panoramic Performance Based Competency Assessment (X0330)

This competency can be challenged after you have successfully completed 2 unassisted panoramic images that have earned grades of 2.5 or higher.

The technical competency includes successfully taking a panoramic image independently and recognizing errors on patient positioning. You must pass with a grade of 3.0 or higher. Retakes, no use of the lead apron or failure to remove all jewelry/appliances/glasses will result in a failing grade.
