FMX Technical and Interpretation Competencies (X0210)
This competency can be challenged after completing 2 FMXs using PSP and 2 FMXs using digital sensors.
The technical competency is timed (30 min) and consists of the independent completion of an FMX (all 20 images) with no more than 2 retakes. The interpretation competency consists of the interpretation/evaluation of the FMX images.
You must complete the technical component of this competency on the 1st floor in the radiology department. The interpretation component should be completed within 5 days of the technical component and the evaluation form should be given to Dr. Potter when complete. The X-code can be planned ahead of time, but Dr. Potter will plan or complete it when he has graded your evaluation form.
